We advise clients on how to prepare their homes with an eye to Return on Investment. For every dollar spent on pre-listing renovations, the seller should anticipate at least three dollars back in the sale of their home. It’s this $1-to-$3 return that shapes those choices.
But even if everyone agrees that the short-term investment is worth it, how do sellers afford it? How do they choose the right contractor, painter, landscaper? How do they know which paint color is right, which tile backsplash will bring the 3X return, and where do you even begin?

Design Services. The design side of our business is the place where we roll up our sleeves and tap into our creative side. With Jess’s background in interior design and Alissa’s decades of listing homes, we know what will move the needle and help sellers narrow in on the truly important modifications. And because we are also active buyer’s agents, we know what today’s buyers value and what design choices will speak directly to them, We are detailed - we choose the paint colors, the tile, the lighting (all the details!), so our clients can hand that off to us and we’ll take care of it all.
Financing. This can be the biggest hurdle for some clients but we always, always, find a solution! Whether it’s pushing payment to the end of escrow so that service providers are compensated out of the proceeds of the sale (so sellers don’t pay upfront), or taking advantage of our 0% loan options for the cost of the market preparation, we always find a way to get the work done. A lack of financing options should never stop a seller from maximizing their sales price, and we are happy to find a solution that works for everyone.
Our network. We are more than happy to collaborate with your favorite service provider. But if you need to build a team that’s available when you need them, shares our commitment to excellent work, and finishes the job on time and within budget, we have the folks for you. We have developed long-standing relationships with local painters, handyfolks, contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers…you name it!
